Step 1. The strip
Tear open foil packet. Remove strip with dry hands and peel away from backing liner.

Step 2. Apply
Looking in amirror, fit lower strip-applying sticky gel side against your teeth. Line up with edge of gum
and apply gentle pressure to the teeth. Fold rema/aining strip behind tooth to keep in place. Repeat with upper strip.

Step 3. Reveal
After 30-60 minutes peels off strip and dispose of safely.
